The project conducted in-depth research on the thermal conductivity test method and heat transfer mechanism of low-temperature insulation materials, and developed a platform system for the equivalent thermal conductivity test device for low-temperature insulation materials. And tested the powder and fiber multilayer winding materials under different vacuum degrees. The test device system has the advantages of convenient operation, wide range, good repeatability, and high precision. The data analysis results of the test can be used for the design, manufacturing and regular inspection of cryogenic cryogenic equipment. At the same time, it is beneficial to optimize the inspection criteria such as the vacuum degree of the existing testing standards and reduce the operating cost of the equipment. Experts unanimously recommend speeding up the promotion and application.
The project has developed a set of equivalent thermal conductivity test equipment for thermal insulation materials, which has been put into use in the National Cryogenic Vessel Quality Supervision and inspection Center. The effect has reached the expected goal and 3 scientific papers have been published.
