For the rated full rate under rated full rate that stands to reach thermal equilibrium (standing for 48 hours or more), the percentage of cryogenic liquid quality of natural evaporation losses within 24 hours and the cryogenic liquid quality with inner container effective volume; the unit is percentage every day (%/d).
Application scope: Applicable to static evaporation rate measurement of vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessels, vacuum insulated gas cylinders and other vacuum insulated cryogenic equipments other than liquid hydrogen storage and transportation medium.

Principles and Methods:
Weighing method: calculate the evaporation rate through weighing filled liquid quality and the liquid quality of 24h evaporation loss. Equipment for use: electronic scale. It is applicable to small mobile cryogenic vessels, e.g. welding insulated cylinder.
Flow method: monitor and record at real time gas flow that evaporates within 24 hours through digital flowmeter, and then further calculate the daily rate of evaporation. Equipments for use: digital flow meter, computer. It is applicable to fixed low temperature pressure vessels, vehicle cryogenic cylinders, etc.
