Leak rate: under specified conditions, the quantity of flow that a kind of specific gas passes through drain hole. The unit is Pascal cubic meters per second (Pa·m³/s).

Application scope: Applicable to static evaporation rate measurement of vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessels, vacuum insulated gas cylinders and other vacuum insulated cryogenic equipments other than liquid hydrogen storage and transportation medium.
