Project Description:

Leak rate: under specified conditions, the quantity of flow that a kind of specific gas passes through drain hole. The unit is Pascal cubic meters per second (Pa·m3/s).

Application scope: Applicable to static evaporation rate measurement of vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessels, vacuum insulated gas cylinders and other vacuum insulated cryogenic equipments other than liquid hydrogen storage and transportation medium.

Principles and Methods:

The method of using a closed cover to partly or wholly cover the inspected pieces and that the cover is filled with helium as shown leak gas to carry out helium mass spectrometer vacuum leak detection. Equipment for use: helium mass spectrometer leak detector.
