The project relies on the low-temperature insulated pressure vessels in use in the Guangdong jurisdiction, and uses a combination of data collection, field investigation, experimental research, expert advice and product trial production.Research and design of low-temperature insulation pipeline heat leakage measurement device, and successfully developed two sets of DN25 and DN80 flow meter method heat leakage test devices, and developed DN25 and DN80 surface temperature method heat leakage test devices. In the design, the standard is combined with the reality, and the test device and method on the standard are improved and designed to improve the operability, rationality and accuracy.
The research results of the project can be applied to the detection of low-temperature insulated pipelines in LNG stations, which can effectively reduce the losses caused by accidents and protect the lives and property safety of the people.The promotion of research results can maximize the detection efficiency and reduce the cost of inspection and use of low-temperature insulated pipelines. It has great social significance to achieve low overall cost, high detection efficiency, good safety, and good environmental impact.
