The project relies on the low-temperature insulation pressure vessel products in use in the Guangdong jurisdiction, and uses a combination of data collection, field investigation, experimental research, expert meetings and product trials to study the getter in the interlayer of the low-temperature insulation pressure vessel in use。A new type of high-efficiency getter is obtained through reasonable addition of functional materials, the adsorption and desorption isotherms of the getter at room temperature and low temperature are tested, and the adsorption mechanism of the getter is obtained through theoretical model analysis.
After the product is put on the market, compared with the current product, the price per gram of getter is reduced by about 20%, and the amount used is reduced by about 40%. In addition, the use of this product improves the vacuum maintenance performance of the cryogenic container, strengthens the thermal insulation effect, reduces the evaporation of cryogenic liquids, and reduces the cost of cryogenic liquids. Therefore, the research of this project will bring huge economic benefits.
